- DO NOT eat or drink anything hot for the entire day.

- Do not touch or disturb the wound with your finger, tongue, toothpick, or any other object.
- Bite down on a gauze pad for at least an hour and a half after the extraction.
This helps stop the bleeding.- If bleeding continues, replace it with a new gauze pad and bite down for another 30 minutes.
- Keep in mind that even a small amount of blood can turn your saliva red. Do not panic unnecessarily!
- Do not rinse your mouth on the first day after the extraction.
- In the following days, rinse with an antiseptic mouthwash (e.g., EluPERIO 0.12%) or saltwater.

- If swelling occurs, apply an ice pack externally for 15 minutes, then remove it for 15 minutes before reapplying.
