Laboratory

Our Laboratory, keeping pace with the rapid development of technology, provides high quality and aesthetic services using Cad-Cam technology (Computer-Aided Designed & Computer-Aided Manufacturing). In our laboratory, the GC (Scanner GC) system is used for the design of all work. Regarding cutting, the CAM 5-S2 IMPRESSION system of the German company VHF is used.

Porcelain-Metal Crowns – Bridges

The laboratory applies the new cad-cam technology method in which the framework of each work is designed and then the cutting method follows. In this case, the metal is primary so that its properties are not lost and there is proper cohesion of the porcelain that is invested on the framework.

Zirconia Crowns – Bridges – Monolithic zirconia

With the method of cad – cam technology, the laboratory has the ability to design and cut Zirconium, as well as all ceramic materials. All-ceramic works are highly aesthetic constructions as well as being compatible with tissues. The zirconium framework is characterized by durability (>1200MPA), is lightweight and radiolucent.

All-ceramic Inlays – Onlays – Veneers (e-max)

The dental laboratory uses the GC Lisi Press system for all-ceramic restorations as well as the cad – cam method. Gc Initial Lisi Press is a new revolutionary lithium disilicate material with HDM (High Density Micronization) technology. This technology is responsible for the benefits of this new material combining high aesthetics and strength, making it suitable for all types of dental restorations.

Peek

Material of choice for the manufacture of implants, healing screws, overdentures and implant-supported restorations. Biocompatible polymer material, 100% pure with long-term clinical experience in the medical field. Precision in application and stability, thanks to digital design and cad–cam cutting. Metal-free and metallic taste-free. Great durability. Our Laboratory is now a certified laboratory by Juvora for prosthetic restorations from the new material Peek.

Implant-supported restorations

The laboratory has the ability to cut implant restorations from any type of metal (chromium cobalt, titanium, etc.). Implant restorations are also manufactured from zirconium and the new revolutionary peek material from Juvora.
